A Little About Our New Staff Members
Dawn Gibson, Controller
Dawn grew up in southwestern Pennsylvania (with a younger brother, two rabbits, a cat and two dogs). She attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, Point Park College and Carnegie Mellon University, obtaining degrees in interior design and electrical engineering. After moving to Tennessee, she attended Belmont University for MBA and became a CPA, and after 10 years in public accounting and 6 in healthcare, she thought HireQuest Direct would be a nice change of pace. She calls Nashville home along with her boyfriend, his daughter and their dog Diesel.
Jason Campbell, Recruiting and Customer Retention Specialist
Jason, a Nashville native, is a US Army Veteran, Eagle Scout, and graduate of Montgomery Bell Academy, and Trevecca Nazarene University. He started working in the commercial construction industry in 2007, and has over 5 years in the Temporary Workforce industry. His major competencies include General Construction, Traffic Safety, and Environmental Abatement.
Jennifer Barnes, Business Development
Jennifer is a native, born and raised in Tennessee, and grew up north of Nashville. She has a business degree, and for the last 7 years she has worked in government relations. Looking for advancement and opportunity, she was directed towards HireQuest Direct by a friend. Her other passion in life is health and fitness. Jennifer has a son, 10, who inspires her to reach high.
Kellie Von Schipmann, Business Development
Kellie is originally from Owensboro, Kentucky. She attended the University of Kentucky with studies in Psychology and Business Administration. She’s a die-hard UK basketball fan and loves the Pittsburgh Steelers. Kellie is mother to 16yr old twin girls, and 14 and 12 year-old boys. She spends her free time watching her boys play baseball and basketball, and listening to her girls sing. She is excited about joining the Trojan Team.
Kris Hoelzen, Columbia Branch Manager
Kris hails from Scottsdale, Arizona. He is retired Army, having served with the 82nd Airborne and the 100st Airborne and has “three beautiful kids.” Kris serves on the Middle Tennessee Committee for Autism Speaks.
