Holiday Staffing
Looking for extra holiday staff? You’ve come to the right place! HireQuest Direct excels in staffing project and timeline based employees in work places such as retail locations, warehouse and distribution centers, restaurants and venues. We’ve handpicked a list of local employers, including yourself, who we believe we can successfully staff this holiday season and beyond. Our staffing pros are happy to accommodate various schedules, skill levels, dress code requirements, company policies, testing and expectations. Our goal is to build long-term business relationships, but we understand some customers only have short-term and sporadic needs.
How It Works
- Call your local office to set up a phone or in person meeting to discuss your staffing requirements, job descriptions, schedules, expectations and other details.
- Complete our Customer Application and Rate Agreement. Once received, your account is set up and your certificates of insurance will be issued.
- You place your work order and we start staffing!
- Employees show up to work and you sign their work ticket after their shift.
- Once signed work tickets are returned, our employees’ payroll is processed and you will be billed weekly. Your hourly bill rate will cover the employee’s hourly rate, payroll taxes, worker’s comp and liability insurance.
